Musician, Composer, Performer
Juliette was born in Paris. She is a multi-faceted musician and artist, who escapes conventional labels with her creative talents including being pianist, singer-writer, composer, poetess, performer, and art director..
For her, all arts and all creative disciplines are linked and inseparable, each one nourishing the other.
A self-taught musician, she has performed in various venues and collaborations in France, Germany and Spain (world/rock band, piano/cello duo, solo recitals...).
Her compositions are explorations unearthing the depths of human nature, oscillating between epic drama, folk , incantatory songs (archaic chanting) and ethereal arpeggios..
In addition to musical composition, she is active in a wide range of projects including songwriting for her alternative musical project , and theatre creation as well as producing dance video for her original music. She is also trained in Butoh Dance with Atsushi Takenouchi (Jinen Butoh).
Her musical and audiovisual pieces are often linked to nature. Silence, forest creatures and animals are her privileged muses... She initiated, with the Canop’Art Collective, a special performance linking art and nature by playing a grand piano mounted 20 metres high in a tree at the heart of a forest.
She is currently working on finalising her debut album (Experimental folk songs, from neoclassical to dark wave), and developing GAÏA as co-director, composer and performer.
